We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and enhancing existing services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales and company revenue.
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth.
  • Creating and presenting business proposals to potential clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the organization for products and industries of focus.
  • Attending events related to focus industries and creating networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
  • Acquiring new customers from new territories and other initiatives and tools used for market expansion.
  • Coordinating with the sales team to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine customer satisfaction and propose improvements.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Submitting regular required reports.
  • Preparing and conducting product presentations.
  • Updating the CRM regularly to manage customer information.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel outside the region of assignment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional PR skills.
  • Knowledgeable about general construction and design.
