Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes.
  • Analyze reports from Xero and develop financial models using Excel, including three-way forecasting.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, journals, and reconciliations across entities and jurisdictions.
  • Consolidate reporting for different locations.
  • Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data to ensure accuracy in recurring revenue streams.
  • Provide financial insights that inform business decisions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering confidence and clarity around numbers.
  • Prepare SaaS Metrics reporting.
  • Implement process improvements in finance processes.
  • Tax filings and compliance – income tax, transfer pricing, GST, FBT.
  • Compile Year End Financial Statements and oversee monthly Management Reporting.
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualified with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Experience leading month-end close processes and intercompany accounting.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription revenue models is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Stripe is beneficial.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High proficiency in Excel, including financial and three-way modeling.
  • Experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver reliably.
