Job Opportunity

As a leading organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill a pivotal role in our Learning and Development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning programs and development journeys that cater to the needs of professionals at various levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structured learning curricula and curate blended learning solutions to meet the evolving needs of our professionals.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and co-create solutions that drive tangible results.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI, learning analytics, and digital platforms to enhance learner engagement, personalization, and performance outcomes.
  • Use data and technology to assess program effectiveness, generate insights, and design metrics for reporting to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development, ideally in professional services or corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs and development journeys.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with experience in both in-person and virtual delivery formats.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using learning technology, digital learning platforms, and AI-driven learning tools.
