Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers, as well as Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability, managing network servers and technology tools, implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data, software, and hardware, performing regular backup operations, and implementing appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

Furthermore, you will manage user accounts and access permissions, provide technical support and guidance to users, and document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting and various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies is necessary.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security is a must.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
