Job Opportunity: Part-Time Legal Researcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist our team with legal research tasks.


The ideal candidate will have strong online research skills, attention to detail, and experience with graphic design tools such as Canva. They will be responsible for searching and compiling articles, reports, and relevant documentation, as well as maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all communications and tasks.


The selected candidate will also be required to update and maintain CRM records related to legal contacts, cases, and documentation, and manage WhatsApp communications for legal-related inquiries and internal coordination.


This part-time opportunity is suitable for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about legal research and wish to gain experience in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities include:

  • Search for and compile articles, reports, and relevant documentation
  • Organize findings into clear summaries or reports
  • Ensure accuracy, proper sourcing, and adherence to confidentiality standards
  • Support legal-related tasks as assigned by the business
  • Create and edit simple social media graphics using Canva (or similar tools) when required for legal awareness or company updates
  • Manage WhatsApp communications for legal-related inquiries and internal coordination
  • Update and maintain CRM records related to legal contacts, cases, and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and tasks
