We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to oversee APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences.

  • Language Support: Provide bilingual communication for Manufacturing training programs, assist participants with various needs.
  • Regional Management: Optimize sessions for APAC time zones, collaborate with vendors, manage participant service desk efficiently.
  • Quality & Backup: Document processes, offer cross-program support, ensure comprehensive coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain 24-hour SLA response, prepare regional reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders.

This is a full-time contract role that requires strong organizational and scheduling skills, team coordination, and vendor liaison experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
