About the Position
  • Manage a team of video editors to deliver high-quality ad creatives.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies, angles, and concepts tailored to DTC physical products.
  • Oversee the production, scripting, editing, and testing of UGC content at a fast pace.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and edit video ad content when necessary.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders.
  • Evaluate all content for compliance with platform requirements and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing creative teams.
  • Strong video editing skills with hands-on proficiency.
  • A track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
