We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to create high-quality video content for direct-to-consumer companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective video strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and edit captivating video stories with strategic B-roll placement and compelling narrative flow
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop non-narrated performance ads featuring seamless B-roll storytelling
- Create authentic and polished UGC talking-head style content for various client needs
- Apply AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, and Veo3 to enhance video quality
- Analyze performance data from reports and ad accounts to inform iterative improvements
- Deliver 12-18 high-quality video pieces per week, prioritizing quality over quantity while meeting project deadlines
- Proven experience in editing direct response video ads that achieve conversion goals
- Understanding of performance metrics, including hook rates, hold rates, and unique outbound click-through rates (CTR)
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset, iterating based on performance data and analytics insights
- Comfortable sourcing footage from various creators and internal content libraries
- Thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments where adaptability and creativity are essential
