GrowthAssistant is seeking a talented creative professional to support the development of engaging short-form content across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Edit original, high-quality video assets while meeting deadlines.
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Compile and repurpose user-generated content into engaging ad creatives.
- Implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients.
- Review completed work to ensure technical accuracy and brand compliance.
- 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience in the digital marketing space.
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite.
- Experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video).
- Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic team player.
- Dedicated computer setup required with 64 GB RAM, dedicated GPU with 8+ GB VRAM for Windows or M2 chip or beyond for Mac.
