
Expert Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance expert to strengthen our day-to-day operations, automate processes, and create clear financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Improve QuickBooks Online setup for our Canadian entity, including chart of accounts, bank feeds, and automation rules.
- Manage and automate accounting and financial tasks such as reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting.
- Migrate existing financial tools from Excel/Google Sheets into automated reporting apps for two entities, including cash flow reports and balance sheets.
- Collaborate with our accountant to ensure compliance while focusing on efficiency and streamlined operations.
- Solid accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Digitally savvy with ability to streamline processes and leverage automation tools.
- Excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive about process improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment: resourceful, flexible, solution-oriented.
- Flexible remote freelance role.
