About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to start or transition into a career in accounting. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. You will have the chance to develop quality measurements to track improvement in efficiency and accuracy, develop quality assurance standards and company processes, and adhere to company quality and process standards.

The successful candidate will ensure that all cashflow are tracked and counter-checked before payout, respond to inquiries during and after payout, and help the team in addressing disputes. A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous and diligent attributes, and great team player skills are essential for this position.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and qualifications. In addition to these requirements, candidates must possess a good command of the English language, be at least 18 years of age, and have access to a headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam.

Device and Network Requirements

Candidates must have an Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent processor, Windows or Mac operating system, at least 8GB of RAM, and 60 GB of free hard disk space available. Additionally, they must have a 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
