Financial Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).

• Create quality metrics to track improvement in efficiency and accuracy
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Adhere to company quality and process standards

You will be responsible for ensuring Cyberbackers meet expectations and demand. This includes creating reports documenting errors and issues for fixing, tracking and counter-checking cashflow before payout, and responding to inquiries during and after payout. Additionally, you will help the team address disputes and create processes to minimize or eliminate discrepancies.

• Good command of the English language
• Must be 18 years of age and above
• A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as audit experience. We also require Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent, Windows or Mac, at least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available, and a 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
