Auto Dealer Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Auto Dealer Management Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our auto dealers, including timely report updates and documentation coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and update reports on dealer collectibles in a timely manner, reviewing reports prepared by junior staff members.
- Coordinate with sales teams and booking departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided in reports.
- Address concerns from dealers regarding pending transactions, errors in account crediting, and other issues.
- Prepare and update reports on documentary deficiencies from dealers and branches.
- Monitor documentary deficiencies and follow up on compliance for the timely release of proceeds and incentives due to dealers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year course.
- At least two years of experience in dealer management within a banking or financial institution.
- Ability to work onsite at Ortigas location.
