Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to provide expert-level support and guidance for our managed services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including incident analysis and resolution for customer infrastructure running in Azure.
  • Communicate ticket status information and escalate cases as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify IT issues, troubleshoot, and follow up on issues via email, ticketing systems, and phone calls.
  • Implement, configure, and administer client systems in Azure to improve client infrastructure.
  • Configure and tune cloud-based tools, manage cost, security, and compliance for client environments.
  • Execute regular maintenance of Azure infrastructure, including patching, anti-virus updates, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for each client environment.
  • Promote best practices to enhance organizational processes.
