Job Title: Business Development Professional
About the Role:This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales function with high-quality engagements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conducting initial conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning our offerings effectively.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
- CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Market Research & Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Working closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or B2B sales.
- Experience in healthcare tech or working with medical professionals is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle objections and think on their feet during conversations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools.
- A track record of exceeding quotas in a business development role.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure messaging.
- Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.
