Chief Financial Coordinator

The Property Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring the financial accuracy of specific properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Post and process journal entries, update accounts receivable and payable, and perform reconciliations as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports according to legal and company guidelines.
- Tax Compliance: Conduct annual CAM, tax, and insurance escalations, and prepare tenant packages as required.
- Vendor Support: Provide backup for monthly sales usage and assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc.
- Financial Data Management: Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a US Accountant.
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Strong numerical skills and analytical acumen.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Yardi is a plus but not a requirement.
