Clinical Operations Specialist

The Clinical Operations Representative is responsible for serving as the primary clinical point of contact for enterprise clients in assigned regions. They bridge client expectations with internal clinical standards and operational excellence, ensuring seamless delivery and quality of monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Serve as the main clinical point of contact, track SLAs, and attend client-facing meetings (30%).
- Clinical Service Oversight: Ensure clinician rosters are filled, manage transitions and escalations, and coordinate teams to refine workflows (30%).
- Clinician Management & Quality: Manage onsite or regional clinicians, monitor session quality, provide developmental feedback, and conduct orientation and onboarding (30%).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams on service improvements, contribute to new program planning, and engage in best practice exchange (10%).
- Master's Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
- Professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
- At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
