
Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Senior Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our clients' products and services.
As a Senior Advocate, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely and professional service. You will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide accurate and complete information with empathy and professionalism.
- Efficiently handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications, including task management across multiple screens.
- Recording and maintaining detailed client information, ensuring excellent client relations and problem resolution.
- Scheduling and coordinating visits with nurses, ensuring accurate and timely appointments.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining records, and performing data entry using tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
- Processing payments via platforms such as Stripe and maintaining accurate record-keeping.
- Assisting with event coordination and special initiatives as needed.
- Maintaining supply inventory and utilizing multiple screens to perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Tracking and resolving problems, prioritizing and documenting issues, and escalating them as necessary to meet internal and external expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and delivering exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and other office tool applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to customers.
- Familiarity with payment processing platforms and tech tools.
- An aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
- Intermediate understanding of customer experience best practices.
