Job Overview

This position involves managing inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and booking appointments for a variety of clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to represent the client professionally and follow their standard greeting when interacting with customers.

We are seeking an individual who can effectively handle phone calls from prospective customers for home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the client professionally and follow their standard greeting when interacting with customers.
  • Book appointments on the client's scheduling platforms.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
Requirements
  • Technology Requirements:
  • A reliable computer with Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • A stable internet connection with speed of at least 40 Mbps.

The ideal candidate has experience working in BPO environments, is able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. They should also be able to send follow up text messages or emails to clients as needed.

Ideally, you have experience working from home but it is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, hard working and eager to add value to our organization.
