Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify client information prior to appointments.
  • Provide reminder calls to confirm timing and address last-minute questions or concerns.
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and communicate effectively with all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Benefits:
