Job Title:

Strategic Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong visual brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color, imagery, and messaging throughout campaigns and materials.
  • Create engaging, data-driven designs for digital marketing initiatives, websites, landing pages, social media, email, events, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate campaign ideas into effective, on-brand creative assets.
Creative Vision & Innovation:
  • Drive modern design approaches that reflect current trends while staying true to the brand's aesthetic.
  • Advocate for user-centered design decisions informed by data analysis.
  • Explore new formats, motion graphics, and multimedia to keep creative assets innovative and forward-thinking.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work, with a focus on B2B SaaS examples.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (primary design tool).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects, with similar tools being a plus.
