We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare professionals. This role will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
  2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  10. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare positions at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
