We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare professionals. This role will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare positions at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
