Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst/Assistant with a strong background in Google Sheets and Excel to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining dynamic financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to help drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and improve complex financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Analyse key financial metrics including ROI, CAC, LTV, CPMs, revenue by channel, and campaign profitability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders across finance, media buying, operations, and leadership.
  • Forecast revenue and expenses based on real-time campaign performance and historical trends.
  • Support budget planning and variance analysis for marketing and content acquisition spend.
  • Identify areas for automation and optimisation within current financial workflows.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and visuals for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Participate in month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting support.
  • Contribute to ad hoc accounting and finance projects, including audits, process reviews, and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry, invoice tracking, and payment processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills - strong command of formulas, pivot tables, query functions, charts, and scripts (App Script a bonus).
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and data cleaning & visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
