Technical Operations Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth by delivering exceptional technical support. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's tech stack, ensuring marketing funnels and sales systems operate seamlessly.
Your primary focus will be on implementing new technologies, communicating with the marketing team to optimize lead flow initiatives, and creating efficient workflows within the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain our tech infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Create and manage integrations using Zapier.
- Build automation workflows in the CRM under the guidance of the Director of Sales Ops.
- Take ownership of OnceHub activities, including setting up booking links and managing resource pools.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting lead flow and CRM performance.
- Proficiency in building zaps in Zapier.
- Ability to quickly learn CRM platforms.
- Skilled in creating automations to streamline workflows.
- Detailed-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills in creative settings.
