Marketing Campaign Director

This critical marketing position involves conceiving and executing impactful campaigns to elevate brand awareness across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will devise multi-channel strategies, including digital advertising, email automation, content, and social media, and measure outcomes against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for clients across multiple channels
- Analyze data to inform campaign optimization and strategy adjustments
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Minimum five years' experience planning and running marketing campaigns for ANZ clients
- Proficient with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong capability with analytics tools to track performance and optimize spend
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear campaign briefs, reporting, and client communications
