Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Coding Team: Supervise a team of medical coders and provide guidance on coding practices, regulations, and industry developments.
  2. Improve Efficiency: Analyze workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce coding errors.
  3. Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or similar credentials preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in medical coding or revenue cycle management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Arrangement: Work in the office/hybrid schedule.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexible time schedule depending on the US client's requirement.
  • Overtime: Overtime may be required depending on business needs, especially when there are high volumes.
