About This Role">

This position will support all aspects of data analysis and reporting requirements related to operational needs, including manufacturing, customer care, clinical operations, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to help supported business units solve problems and allow for operational process improvements.
  • Use tools and techniques to develop and visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
  • Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensure data quality by fixing errors, duplicates, and outliers while ensuring the accuracy of the data.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize workflows.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
  • Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets.
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
  • Proactively analyze data to address key questions for stakeholders and yourself, focusing on what drives business performance.
  • Investigate and communicate which areas require improvement in efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
  • Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Tableau. Ability to maintain confidentiality based on access to proprietary financial, operational, and competitive information.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse systems, specifically Snowflake, is a huge plus.
