We are seeking a detail-oriented
Senior Data Analyst
to gather, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and prepare data from ERP, financial, and operational sources.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Branch and Area Managers.
  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver timely KPI and management reporting (daily, monthly, ad hoc)
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards where needed.
  • Update and manage Alspec reporting tools on daily / monthly basis to assist departments with planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes.
  • Provide data dashboards to management as instructed daily, monthly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant discipline area of Information System.
  • More than 5 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Highly developed knowledge and skills in designed and developing reports in Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and proficiency in Excel, SQL.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience navigating a set of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cashflows) and an understanding of how they map to the general ledger and subledger.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like D365 and F&O would be preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
