Job Description

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Retirement Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns regarding their retirement accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting clients with account-related issues and providing solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Providing education and guidance on retirement readiness

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a financial services environment)
