Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate a technology area (e.g. server administration, technical security) with limited risk/complexity.
  • Apply technical knowledge to create superior solutions for the company and customers.
  • Resolve routine technical incidents independently.
  • Work with team members to resolve more complex incidents.
  • Implement changes/solutions to meet customer and/or trade needs within area of responsibility.
  • Apply patch and security updates per policy.
  • Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries.
  • Understand the company's solution set and apply it to meet customer and/or trade infrastructure needs.
  • Recommend continual improvements for direct responsibility area.
  • Participate in customer and internal projects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Set expectations with customers within defined parameters.
  • Collaborate as part of a virtual and/or global team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to assist with specific tasks.
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to team and peers.
  • Demonstrates fundamental technical knowledge.
