Senior Software Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and contribute to driving innovation and improvements in our systems.

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience developing complex software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and initiatives, with a focus on delivery, quality, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
  • Expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
