Cloud Infrastructure Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on client projects, designing and implementing cloud solutions, and mentoring junior team members.

You will also manage client expectations, foster a collaborative team culture, and contribute to the development of team members in project delivery.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in their technical development.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to help develop the skills of team members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and other practice areas.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical oversight and guidance on multiple client projects.
  • Partnering with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones align with project plans that capture key client decisions.
  • Developing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).

Business Development Leadership includes:

  • Gaining exposure to other offerings in practice areas to enhance positioning in existing engagements.
  • Identifying new opportunities in Cloud Infrastructure & Security solutions and escalating them.

Leveraging Factors That Drive Business Growth include:

  • Becoming a trusted advisor within multiple accounts to support growth in existing customer accounts through a 'Land & Expand' approach.
  • Leading and guiding multiple engagements to enable our infrastructure team to scale out.
