Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading engineering teams and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment.

  • This is a full-time role that involves managing a growing team of engineers to optimize the quality and velocity of both development and operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and measuring team health indicators, implementing disciplined engineering and operations processes, and representing the team with stakeholders, customers, and external teams.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that involves designing, building, and operating modern distributed systems on private infrastructure for customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the engineers that oversee day-to-day Managed Service of customer environments, including customer service management, managed services operations, and consistent product improvement engineering.

  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software and services.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing engineering teams and driving delivery.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Linux and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
