Cloud Data Architecture Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data architectures.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing logical and physical data models for hybrid data warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities include implementing data architectures, data modeling, and data profiling.

Additional requirements include experience with multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations and ability to provision and configure Azure data service resources.

Preferred skills include Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and semantic modeling.

  1. Design and implement logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.
  2. Implement data architectures to support various data formats and structures.
  3. Experience with multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.
  4. Understanding of data architectures required to support data integration processing.
  5. Experience with data modeling technologies such as ER/Studio or similar.
  6. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adopt, and apply new technologies.
  7. Data profiling and creation of source-to-target mappings.
  8. Ability to provision and configure Azure data service resources.

Required technical skills include:

  • Python & SQL Scripting.
  • SQL, PySpark.
  • General Cloud Architecture competency skillset.
  • API Knowledge is required.
