Business Intelligence Specialist">

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Specialist with a strong understanding of data handling and analytics. This role is predominantly focused on data-related tasks, including data collection, analysis, and modeling using Excel and SQL. The ideal candidate will also assist with CRM setup and maintenance to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Develop and maintain data models and databases.">
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.">
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.">

Data Collection and Management:

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems.">
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM.">
  • Develop and implement data collection processes.">
  • Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.">

Programming and Data Modeling:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.">
  • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.">
  • Assist in the development of data models and schemas.">

CRM Support:

  • Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.">
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or similar role.">
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.">
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.">
  • Solid experience with Zoho.">
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great plus.">
  • Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.">
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
