Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of machineries and equipment, evaluating and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and communicating with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.

The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of work experience in maintenance/repair in buildings and facilities, be amenable to working during weekends and holidays, and be able to work six days a week.

Requirements
  • At least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Strong Communication Skills
Responsibilities
  • Conducts regular inspection of machineries and equipment of the building and report encountered problem to the Immediate Superior.
  • Evaluates, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in the building.
  • Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
  • Receives and responds to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues assigned by the Property Management Office.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Property Management.
  • Responds immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
  • Suggest ways to enhance the operational procedures of the property management team.
