Pump Maintenance Professional

Overview: Manage national service providers, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics. Ensure optimal pump maintenance performance, reliability, and safety.



Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily tasks to manage multiple maintenance projects, prioritize objectives, and enhance productivity.
  • Review service provider data analysis, audits, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Use CMMS platforms to track work orders, schedules, and asset histories for effective resource allocation.
  • Develop process optimization initiatives to reduce downtime and lower costs, promote seamless execution of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in retail, petroleum, and convenience environments.
  • Supervise the management of subcontractors for repairs, upgrades, and projects, focusing on quality and timeliness.
  • Manage accurate maintenance records and update systems to maintain efficient processing of work orders.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or at least 5 years' experience managing repair and maintenance activities.
  • Proven hands-on experience in pump maintenance within commercial, industrial, or retail settings.
  • Background in working with oil or petroleum companies/stations with underground tanking systems.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Management Systems or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with OH&S legislative requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans.
  • Track record in improving maintenance processes and performance efficiency.
