About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation in Sampaloc, Manila City. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our residential property. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing a range of building maintenance and repair services to maintain the condominium's facilities and common areas in excellent condition.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner to minimise disruption to residents
  • Completing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, such as drywall repair, painting, minor carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and work orders
  • Collaborating with external contractors and vendors as needed to ensure the property is well-maintained
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff

What we're looking for

  • Less than 1 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or commercial property setting
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance procedures
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
  • Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
