Key Sales Driver for Commercial Growth

ASUS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Sales Specialist. As a key player in driving business growth, you will play a vital role in positioning ASUS across all vertical market segments.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners to deliver innovative solutions that increase revenue and market share. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day partner relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, monitoring sales pipelines, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Partner Management: Manage day-to-day partner relationships and promote ASUS offerings across different market segments.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipelines and drive revenue growth across various product lines.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the sales pipeline within your territory.
- Marketing Initiatives: Lead marketing initiatives to boost product awareness and partner engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the competition by gaining market intelligence and identifying trends in the industry.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with resellers, ISVs, and system integrators to penetrate customer accounts and close deals.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful sales presentations and ensure customer satisfaction with tailored product solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial leads and product managers to close sales and grow the business.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all sales activities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales within the electronics or peripherals industry, ideally with a leading brand.
- Skills: Strong skills in product management, sales planning, and marketing.
- Languages: Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills (in both Tagalog & English).
- Software: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Presentation: High level of responsibility and goal-driven mindset.
- Travel: Willingness to travel when necessary.
