Hotel Revenue Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue through strategic inventory management, rate controls, and effective leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Proactively manage room inventory across all sales channels and platforms to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Sales Incentive Scheme: Ensure the sales incentive scheme is fair, motivates high performers, and rewards achievement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Drive business intelligence and analytics projects, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor team members, ensuring efficient resource deployment and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in Yield/Revenue Management and Analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or marketing.
  • Skills: English language proficiency, knowledge of Opera Property Management System, SAS e-Guide, and MS Office Suite.
