Job Overview

A Process Optimization Analyst is responsible for facilitating projects by leading stakeholders and conducting in-depth analysis to design and build solutions that meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support process owners in identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Manage operational information of business areas, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with executives to provide strategic guidance on process optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, IT, or Business.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is required for internal hires.
  • +5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on process optimization.
  • Proficient English language skills are essential for effective communication.
Key Skills:
  • Proven knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean, 5S, and Theory of Constraints.
  • Proven expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM), Business Intelligence (BI), and basic statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
