Job Title: Launch Specialist

The Go-To-Market Lead is a vital role that oversees the entire product launch process. This position ensures timely and accurate upload and management of listings onto our internal Content Management system as well as the external Amazon platform during the initial launch phase.

  • Project Coordination: Utilize Monday.com to prioritize tasks and update progress, fostering cross-functional collaboration to guarantee new product launch projects remain on track.
  • Content/Listing Deployment: Upload listing content to our internal Content Management System, deploy standalone and variated new catalog items to Amazon using flat files, focusing on key listing areas including category, pricing, creative assets, and technical product details.
  • Listing Troubleshooting: Address all aspects of listing troubleshooting for new product launches, encompassing suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues, ensuring all listings comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines and are optimized for visibility.
  • Qualifications: 3+ years of prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads, highly organized with ability to handle and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, experience using Channel Advisor/Rithum, and proficiency with Excel.
Responsibilities:
