Product Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned product development lead to drive successful execution from concept to launch. This role involves translating strategy and ideas into actionable product plans, leading cross-functional collaboration, and championing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a clear product execution strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic goals
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to inform decision-making
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact

As a key product leader, you will drive seamless execution across engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams. You will also mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
