Job Description:

As a pioneering GenAI Copywriter, you will use cutting-edge technology to revolutionise how we create and deliver high-quality, high-performing ads.

You will be responsible for conceptualising creative content that sparks creativity, enhances efficiency and drives insightful decision-making.

One key measure of your success will be your ability to inspire a team with innovative solutions day-to-day.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact for our clients and establish yourself as a leading voice in the GenAI revolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic content initiatives that showcase GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.
  • Master a variety of brand voices and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Set tone and drive creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure exceptional results.
  • Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Work with our Training team to actively explore, implement and explain new GenAI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  • Test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience writing for digital media, with a minimum 3+ years of digital agency background.
  • A deep understanding of how content can effectively engage audiences across multiple mediums.
  • Ability to utilise data and insight to inform creative decisions.
  • Exceptional writing skills and flair for words.
  • The capacity to think conceptually when needed, with experience working as part of a traditional creative team an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material into compelling stories and content.
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment.
  • Passionate and inspiring creative.
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
