- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize knowledge base performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content development.
- Experience creating online content, guides, and user support materials independently.
- Proficiency in writing and graphics tools, including online platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and a penchant for self-development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
