Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce web designer to join our team. As a CRO-focused design expert, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-converting websites and user experiences across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that guide users through the buying journey, using data-driven decisions to improve usability and conversions.
  • Develop responsive layouts that perform across devices.
  • Apply conversion-focused design principles to maximize revenue from existing traffic.
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth navigation and clear calls-to-action.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a high-level e-commerce web designer with a portfolio showing CRO-driven websites.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles for e-commerce (increasing purchases and maximizing revenue from existing traffic).
  • Ability to analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple design projects.
