
Remote Virtual Executive Assistant Wanted

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to senior-level managers. Key responsibilities include managing complex schedules, performing planning and logistics work, providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, handling confidential information, and more.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our remote team. As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks under pressure, and demonstrate good organizational abilities. You will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Manage complicated and busy schedules, ensuring timely and effective coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Planning and Logistics: Perform planning and logistics work to ensure seamless execution of projects and events.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, project assistance, event planning, filing, mail handling, and document preparation.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate individual and group travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation for executives and teams.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Additional Duties: Perform various errands as needed, create and maintain personal action items and to-do lists, follow up on tasks, and maintain status updates.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Judgment: Has excellent judgment when handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.
- Office Management: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Working ConditionsThis role operates in a professional office environment, requiring long periods of sitting/standing while using a computer and headset. The employee may occasionally need to move about the office to accomplish tasks, reaching in any direction, raising/lowering objects, moving objects from place to place, holding onto objects, and moving/exerting force up to 40 pounds.
