Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Officer to support our training activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in preparing training materials and equipment, and have experience in facilitating and assisting speakers/instructors.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare training materials and equipment for sessions
  • Assist trainers and facilitators with their duties
  • Backup files regularly to ensure data security
  • Prepare OSH/First Aid training report requirements for submission
  • Focal point for e-related programs and internet concerns
  • Troubleshoot computers and printers as needed
  • Maintain and clean printer/first aid equipment
  • Print certificates of participants during training
  • Develop and maintain critical databases
  • Facilitate and assist speakers/instructors training
  • Inventory and request repairs for office equipment and supplies
  • Prepare OWWA requirements for payment processing
  • Monitor activities and schedules of other OSH training providers and Assessment centre
  • Encode training evaluation for 5-day and 1-day training
