Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to lead our paid search campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search strategies that drive measurable results across various industries.

You will bring strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table, ensuring each campaign aligns with client objectives and drives high-quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns from initial concept to execution.
    • Align campaign strategies with client objectives and business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation:
    • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and analyse trends.
    • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on real-time data to maximise performance.
  • Keyword Research & Targeting:
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
    • Create structured campaigns with refined ad groups and audience targeting.
  • Ad Creation & A/B Testing:
    • Write compelling ad copy tailored to user intent.
    • Design and test ad variations, including formats, extensions, and messaging.
  • Bid & Budget Management:
    • Oversee daily bid strategies and budget allocations.
    • Ensure efficient spending while maximising campaign ROI.
  • Landing Page Alignment:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure landing pages align with ad messaging.
    • Provide feedback to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Deliver clear, data-driven monthly reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
    • Offer actionable insights and ongoing recommendations to improve performance.
  • Best Practices & Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and algorithm changes.
    • Apply innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Paid Media Manager (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and troubleshooting conversion tracking issues.
  • Experience with A/B testing ad variations and performance-based optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
