Our organization is seeking a diligent and tech-savvy customer support specialist to join our team. This role involves providing first-line support to customers via communication channels during night hours (11 PM to 8 AM). The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written English, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through communication platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software industry.
- Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Familiarity with communication or similar support platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work the night shift (11 PM to 8 AM).
